Scored a passing grade in the OBM School’s Launch Management project, which required badge earners to create a comprehensive plan for launching a product/service. This included the pre, during and post-launch tasks with clearly defined deliverables and delegation within the team and contractors. Badge earners were then required to present their plan to the client, giving a thorough explanation of each stage of the process, key deliverables, and resources needed to execute the plan.
