They are able to: help Scrum Product Owners shape & refine product backlogs needed to guide the early and incremental delivery of a valuable product; help Developers in the Scrum Team self-organize, facilitate Scrum Events and remove impediments as required, and also; help organizations understand & adopt Scrum.
