Earning Criteria

Score a passing grade on the CGEIT exam
Submit verified evidence of five years of work experience serving in an advisory or oversight role, and/or otherwise supporting the governance of the IT-related contribution to an enterprise is required to apply for certification
Agree to abide by the ISACA Code of Professional Ethics
Agree to abide by the CGEIT Continuing Professional Education Policy
