Earners of the OpenHack: Migration Coach badge have leveraged their expert understanding of how to migrate on-premise virtual machines to Microsoft Azure using Azure Migrate and their leadership skills to successfully coach participants through a Migration OpenHack. They have completed, understood, and explained the challenges to a diverse team and collected OpenHack and product feedback from participants. They facilitated teamwork, lead team discussions, and unblocked technical issues.
