Earners of the Certified RapidResponse Integration Level 1 certification will be responsible to take a newly installed instance of RapidResponse and perform the initial integration of customer data, which includes creating a customized data model, mapping the customer data into standard input and custom tables, and populating standard and customized tables. Use of integration utilities to import initial RapidResponse configuration settings is also required.
