  • Be an employee of IBM and participant in the IBM Developer JumpStart program (North America only)
  • Year 1 Software Developer: 4 required badges (Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Cloud Essentials, Watson and Cloud Foundations); Read the book, "Being an Ideal Team Player"; Complete the Career Development bundle.
  • Year 1 Hardware Developer: 2 required badges (Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Explorer); Read the book, "Being an Ideal Team Player"; Complete the Career Development bundle.
  • To earn the badge you must prepare and deliver a 10 min presentation to the board of program managers, who will validate your knowledge on Agile, Design Thinking and Ideas for becoming a better team player. The board will approve your badge or provide feedback for improvement. You must pass the stand & deliver (there's no maximum number of attempts).
