Earning Criteria

Hold a valid and unrevoked CPA license, active permit or certificate issued by a legally constituted state authority
Pass the CITP credential exam
Attest to meeting the minimum of 1,000 hours of business experience in the CITP credential body of knowledge within the 5-year period preceding the date of credential application
Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"), and subject to the AICPA's Code of Professional Conduct
Complete at least 20 hours of continuing professional development within the credential body of knowledge annually
