HOPE is an accelerated one-year leadership program for HBA Corporate Partners designed to help support and advance the careers of mid- to senior-level, high-potential talent in underrepresented/underestimated groups (i.e., LGBTQ+, women of color, women with ability diversity).The program aims to provide access and opportunity through career coaching, mentoring, networking, professional development, and volunteering. At its core, HOPE focuses on the emotional intelligence leadership (EIL) theory.

Earning Criteria

Hold a current membership in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

Be a senior leader with significant experience in the healthcare industry or related services.

Demonstrate a willingness to share of oneself — relaying stories and anecdotes from his or her career, recounting successes and failures, offering ideas and approaches and identifying tools and connections.

Participate in mentoring meetings and educational webinars to share expertise and offer professional guidance to HOPE scholars.
