Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.

Must have a Blue Core Coach badge, or equivalent external credential (examples to be added).

Coach at least two clients (IBMers) in one-on-one 30 to 60 minute individual sessions, at least two sessions per client. The coaching sessions must be specific to career growth.
