  • The Smart Growth Certification is broken down into three components: 1. A deep dive into the concepts of disruption and Smart Growth via the online, asynchronous Smart Growth Course. 2. A 3-4 day experiential learning session (either in-person or virtually depending on the program) that integrates the concepts, applies them to real-world situations, and builds a community. 3. Follow-up work that includes practice sessions with three individuals and a debrief with an experienced coach.
