Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM
• Demonstrated a deep knowledge of Architecting, Planning, Executing and Delivering Cloud Migration/Modernization Engagements and  a broad range of platforms including Bluemix (Softlayer), AWS, Azure, Google, and @Client private, covering full spectrum of transformation patterns.  Successfully completed the associated learning path and knowledge assessments for a total of 3.5 hours.
• Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include:  Advise on the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud based enterprise transformation initiatives; Assess end to end viability of a cloud based solution; Identify specific technical and delivery risks;  Lead the overall solution in collaboration with multiple teams
• Performed at the IBM Experienced level, supported by two stakeholder feedback statements for two different periods. The IBM Experienced level is defined as: Repeated, successful application of the subject area with demonstrable results in multiple environments. Has a solid level of expertise in this subject area.
• Demonstrated IBM Global Business Services core skills: Dynamic communicator and presenter; foster environment of accountability; drive teaming culture; drive feedback culture; recognized team leader; recognized SME (if applicable); take initiative to grow the practice; exhibit dedication to others

• Earn the following badges: Migration Factory Solutioning– Solutioning AND Migration Factory – Hybrid Transformation  Development  OR Migration Factory – Hybrid Transformation  Architecture OR Migration Factory – Hybrid Transformation Advisor
• Successfully applied the knowledge and activities in 2 Cloud Migration/Modernization Implementation projects with minimum of 1200 hours per project
• Coached at least 2 people through the process of executing Hybrid Transformation architecture
• Is a member of Cloud Migration Community
• Contributed to the evolution of Cloud Migration/Modernization by creating at least two assets e.g. Technical Architecture, case studies, blogs, best practice, white papers, POV
