Earning Criteria

  • Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CLDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). CLDS certified coaches have the ability to recognize and coach around the challenges of corporate and executive leaders, and they have mastered the coaching language necessary to support these specific leaders.
