Earning Criteria

The recipient of this badge has successfully completed the Foundations of NeuroLeadership program, a six-month, online certificate program offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute. The program features four modules: decision making and problem solving, emotional regulation, collaboration, and facilitating change. Each module is explored in depth over the course of five weeks, and taught by a PhD with deep subject matter expertise.
Standards
The NeuroLeadership Institute is an approved recertification provider for the Society for Human Resource Management. To maintain the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, SHRM-certified professionals are required to earn 60 professional development credits (PDCs) every three years. The Foundations of NeuroLeadership program is approved for 60 PDCs.
