Culture and Cloud eXperience (CCX) Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) who achieve this badge have successfully completed the AI & Copilot Bootcamp as part of their FY25 CCX Technical Readiness. This training equips them with the skills to accelerate AI and Copilot Governance and Adoption capabilities at the execution level for customer delivery.

Earning Criteria

In order to earn this badge, the CCX CSA must complete the required sessions of the training program by having engaged, online or offline, in the following sessions: 1) AI Vision and Strategy; 2) AI and Copilot Adoption; 3) AI Ethics and Compliance; 4) Data Governance to Accelerate AI & Copilot; 5) Open AI Data Management; 6) AI Governance: Ensuring Effective Oversight; 7) AI Security & Monitoring; and 8) Security Copilot.

After going through this bootcamp, and performing additional self-study in the topics covered, the CSA should feel more confident in navigating customer conversations about AI and Copilot and in delivering AI- and Copilot-focused VBDs from CCX portfolio.
