Earning Criteria

• The earner of this badge has evidenced that they exercise autonomy within broad parameters and that they have authority over all aspects of a significant area of work.
• The earner of this badge has evidenced that they inform the formulation and application of policy and strategy and address complex, nonroutine organisational problems. The practitioner can determine, agree and authorise the acquisition of resources necessary to enable effective and efficient task resolution and/or service delivery, with due regard to safety, security and quality.
• The earner of this badge has evidenced that they have a full range of strategic leadership and management skills. The practitioner has initiated and led organisational programs of work, assigning project management and monitoring to ensure outcomes are reliable and effective and to the appropriate codes of practice.
• The earner of this badge has evidenced that they have an in-depth understanding of the industry and implications of emerging technologies on the wider business environment.
• The earner of this badge is a member of one of FEDIP's professional membership bodies and has committed to performing a minimum of 10 CPD hours a year in order to maintain their practitioner status.
