Focusing on active listening, they learn to surface ideas, intentions, and motivational values. Upon successful completion, they gain 30 ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours.

Earner demonstrates theoretical and applied knowledge of Excelerator Coaching™ Principle through an audited coaching session observed by an ICF accredited Essential Impact Coach.
Standards
Essential Impact is Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Education Service Provider. Our accreditation is through the International Coaching Federation, a global governing body for coaching and coach training.
Rather than focusing on what we do, the SDI® 2.0 helps us understand why we behave and how we relate to each other. Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us lead others well.
