Earning Criteria

BBCS Brain-Based Conversation Skills® prepares participants to help others generate insight, learning and new habits, integrate a brain-based coaching approach into their everyday conversations, and to confidently facilitate structured coaching conversations. Both in-person and virtual options are available. It can be taken as a stand-alone program, or incorporated into the NeuroLeadership Institute's BBCC Brain-Based Coaching Certificate®.

Standards

International Coach Federation (ICF)

The BBCS program is accredited for 30+ ICF Continuing Education units. It is suitable for coaches seeking to renew or upgrade their existing ICF credential. It can also be combined with BBCT Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit™ in order to attain the BBCC Brain-Based Coaching Certificate®, which can be used to apply for a Level 1/ACC ICF credential.
