Completed Applied Instructional Design Academy modules with lessons on designing and developing Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT.)
Development of VILT set of deliverables to include a PowerPoint deck, Facilitator Guide, and Participant Guide, with peer and coach feedback, multiple revisions and self-reflection. Earners receive feedback and are coached on design, flow, alignment with business goals/learning objectives, alignment with audience, learner engagement, and visual communication
Evaluation and analysis of existing VILT courses for simulated clients, with reflection on visual design, visual communication techniques, interactions used, and best practices
