This organisation has achieved the required standards to become ILM Recognised and programmes align to the following measures of quality:
ILM Footprint: the core learning outcomes of the training aligns with the ILM footprint of leadership, management, coaching, mentoring or enterprise and the programme structure and content is robust.
Programme management and resources: the organisation has demonstrated it has appropriate programme management and resources in place. Specifically, skilled & experienced delivery staff, fit for purpose delivery resources and policies and procedures to support the learning experience.
Quality assurance: the organisation has robust internal quality assurance and data management, a sound and fair assessment methodology and effective evaluation measures in place.
Learner experience: the organisation offers learners an appropriate induction to support seamless onboarding.
