Earning Criteria

Pharmacy technicians can play a vital role in the process of delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services. This 8-hour, PTCB-Recognized, certificate program will explore the role of the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist in providing MTM services to patients. This series is developed based on the blueprint for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board’s Medication Therapy Management Certificate, meaning those who complete this program will be prepared to sit for the PTCB exam.
Completion of the 50-question final exam with at least a minimum score of 70%. You have three attempts to pass and are not permitted to leave the final exam in the middle and return at a later time. The final exam has no time limit.
