The Vermont Agency of Human Services Leadership Academy (VAHSLA), supported by the Vermont Agency of Human Services (AHS), is an eight-month professional development and leadership training program for selected AHS staff. VAHSLA builds the capacity of emerging leaders by providing a forum for professional development that helps participants: (1) engage with peers and current Agency leaders; (2) build staff capacity; and (3) advance the Agency’s mission and strategic goals.
