Full attendance of all live components of the Transformation Leadership Accelerator program - a 4 month intense program comprising 50 hours of instruction:12 hours of globally delivered webinars, 4 hands on regional workshops (each 7 hour over 2 days), in addition to weekly working assignments.
Completed all self paced learning; approx. 30 hours of reading and video content on; business strategy, digital strategy, Publicis Sapient How, Agile product development and leadership. Includes "Digital Business Transformation" - Nigel Vaz
Completed all program assignments; Current State Analysis, Develop a Mixed Backlog, contribute "activities & deliverables" examples to the PS How repository, write and deliver a presentation using the Duarte principles, write a paper outlining the transformation opportunities for a live client, write and reflect on a V2MOM.
