Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee with a minimum of three years of professional experience.
Has completed the IBM Consulting Core Experienced Learning plan. This plan includes earning any two of the Enterprise Skills badges, completing the experienced level of the Consulting Academy Program, and earning the Method Essentials badge.
Provide two examples from an external client engagement or IBM internal project where the learner has demonstrated the IBM Consulting Way habits by applying core consulting skills; examples must be within the last 12 months.
Received at least two stakeholder feedback statements (internal IBM or client) that confirm the learner has demonstrated application or mastery of the core-consulting skills they have shared evidence on.
