By doing so, the earner has demonstrated competency in & a basic understanding of: legal research, writing & analysis; litigation procedure; rules governing the practice of law, including confidentiality, billing & time keeping, the prohibition against the unauthorized practice of law; & in how rights are created, prosecuted & maintained in multiple legal practice areas.
