To earn this badge you must have attended a Campus Event (F2F or Virtually) and used the skills gained through the training to aid the Talent Acquisition in selling IBM as an employer on Campus. Events may include delivering a Campus Presentation, speaking on a virtual panel or being on a virtual or F2F booth answering students questions. Events are Geo Specific and you can find out more about the events through the training. OR

To earn this badge you must have participated in an internal campus attraction project and used the skills gained through the training to aid the Talent Acquisition in selling IBM as an employer on Campus. This may include designing attraction initiatives for campus attraction or submitting content which will be used to attract campus hires to work at IBM.
