Earners of the CCI Certified Coach Practitioner badge have developed the foundational skills needed to effectively coach individuals in a professional manner. They understand the role of a Coach and are able to facilitate a change conversation using coaching competencies such as partnering, listening, questioning, communication techniques, goal-setting, establishing accountability and many more. Earners of this badge have completed all ICF ACC training requirements.

Complete 60 hours of ICF approved coach training curriculum of which 48 hours are in-person lessons
Attain real-world experience coaching individuals in a professional setting
Undertake and pass a final assessment bench-marked at the ICF Associate Coach Credential standard

Standards

International Coaching Federation ACC Credential

The final assessment uses the ICF PCC Markers (adapted to ACC level) as a criteria. Coaches are tested for delivery that aligns with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
