Earning Criteria

Complete the Hogan personality assessments (45-60 minutes).
Receive feedback on Hogan assessment results from a professional Hogan coach to gain self-awareness and understand the assessments (1 hour).
Complete a pre-workshop learning module (1-2 hours).
Attend the certification workshop to learn how to interpret personality assessment data for the HPI, HDS, and MVPI and how to provide feedback to assessment takers (16 hours).
Complete a posttest to demonstrate understanding of the workshop content (1 hour).
Complete a survey about the workshop and certification experience (5-15 minutes).
