Earners undergo a unique training at Trinity College to prepare for business analyst roles at Infosys. Recipients can apply concepts in business analysis and design thinking to drive digital transformation and engage clients in defining and solving problems. Informed by the IIBA and the liberal arts, earners are equipped to bridge the gap between IT and business needs by assessing processes, determining requirements and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

Earning Criteria

Complete the required activities and assignments included in an intensive, hands-on training, with over 50 different modules ranging from core liberal arts offerings to business analysis, project management, and design thinking.

Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for business problems, applying business analysis and project management tools to four distinct cases and present them to an audience.

Undergo an intensive two-month hands-on workforce training, as part of a small cohort of peers. Trinity delivers five weeks of content. For the final three weeks, Infosys provides participants with foundational technology and industry-specific knowledge.
Standards
The five-week portion of the program focuses on different parts of the business analysis cycle. The program’s structure is informed closely by the Global Business Analysis Core Standards of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
