Earning Criteria

• This person has developed knowledge and skills in five or more optional topic areas such as planning work, presentations, giving briefings, motivating others, developing self, discipline, recruitment, staff induction, training, coaching, quality management, delegating, leading meetings, marketing, developing relationships, mentoring and mental health.
• This person has developed additional knowledge and skills which may include problem solving, innovation, change, creativity, customer service, business writing, contract management, incident management, security, service operations, environmental issues, procurement, project management, health and safety, performance management, budgeting, resource efficiency, conflict management, stress management, negotiation, networking,  information systems and  managing remote workers.
• This person has developed additional knowledge and skills which may include self-development, improving team performance, monitoring work, team development, legal guidelines, diversity, stakeholder communication, enterprise awareness, setting objectives, collecting and using data, waste management, selling, leading complex activities, managing risk and financial management.
