Attend and participate in The Art of the Deal workshop covering the following topics: what is negotiation and why do we need it; how to decide when negotiation is the best tool to progress a project or situation; characteristics of great negotiators and how to use them; using body language and soft/core skills to support the process; dealing with opposing needs and views constructively and creating positive change through better negotiation techniques.
