Earning Criteria

Completion of Leadership and Management in Action (L-MAP). Must 1) complete pre-work readings and accompanying questions for each unit; 2) Attend at least 10 of 12 hours of course meetings. ; 3) implement selected actions and respond to accompanying reflection journaling prompts; and 4) create a Leadership Statement, which includes a leadership mission, vision and SMART goals.
