Complete self-paced foundational Admin training.
Recommended: Complete instructor-led workshop training for hands-on practice and deeper product exploration.
Recommended: Acquire at least 4 months of hands-on experience as a Gainsight Administrator.
Pass a 60-item multiple choice proctored assessment with 70%+.
The initial Level 3 certification is valid for 2 years. After that, earners must renew their certification each year by completing a continuing education exam.
