Partners at this level will need to work towards maintaining this level through generating licence revenue, delivering exceptional CSAT scores and maintaining and developing their certified team members. They will have multiple certified individuals both in Sales and Technical disciplines and are likely to have experienced team members that have delivered multiple customer projects with a high degree of complexity.

Partners are assessed across three core areas; performance and revenue generated; amount of licence revenue generated. Capabilities and certifications awarded; skills, knowledge and capabilities of partners team members and certifications awarded. Customer success and feedback; delivery of customer projects that drive customer success by getting feedback from customers.
