Earning Criteria

Completion of at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.

Completion of at least 21 hours of peer coaching and client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.

Standards
The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coach Federation.
