Earning Criteria

The 'SFIA in Practice: SFIA for Skills Assessment' course is a one-day course covering: planning and communicating assessment activity; capturing and recording assessment data; conducting quality skills assessments; applying moderation and quality assurance principals. The course is typically followed by mentored assessments to build confidence and refine the skills learned.
Participants will have completed the Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training (or have equivalent experience in using SFIA) prior to attending a "SFIA in Practice" training course. The Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training is accredited by the SFIA Foundation and provides an overview of the SFIA Framework and how it can be used within an organisation to enhance and develop the skills and competency of the workforce.
