Topics include PARC Service Learning Model; developing a service learning plan; project portfolio development; and project evaluation and debriefing.

The methods of assessment include examinations, written papers, presentations, and performance rubrics (checklists) with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, practical exercises, discussion, case studies, learner presentations, classroom exercises, and lecture.
