Earning Criteria

1. Attend all the 5 sessions is mandatory to receive a course completion certificate. 2. Participating in classroom activities, discussions, breakout sessions, and intersession work. 3. Take and pass the final assessment.
All participants have to take and pass the final assessment where they have to demonstrate the following: 1. The ability to identify and select assessment criteria using competencies. 2. Understanding of how to structure and use a competency-based interview. 3. Decide on which questions to ask in a competency based interview (Behavioral Questions). 4. The ability to design and use an interview guide. 5. Deal with and manage candidates answers.
