Earning Criteria

Partner must have an active program membership in our Citrix Solution Advisor (CSA) program.

Partner must have at least one (1) employee at all times who will take on the responsibility of a Customer Success Manager and directly engage customers to drive adoption to Citrix services.

Partner's Customer Success Manager and Program Sponsor must fully participate in the 13-week onboarding phase post ILT.

Partner's Customer Success Manager must receive at least one (1) positive customer NPS score during the 13-week onboarding phase.

Partner's portfolio of customers must have positive increase in active usage of Citrix services at end of the 13-week onboarding phase.

Expiration of this badge will be at the discretion of the Citrix CSM Program Management. Cause for expiration could include but is not limited to; a partner no longer dedicating a CSM resource to customer engagement, a negative customer NPS score, a decrease in customer adoption to Citrix services, a decrease in retained Citrix customers.
