Be accepted in the Challenge and deployed on a team - this is a competitive program where a very small percentage (about 10%) of people who are invited to apply are accepted and deployed.

Post assignment work includes: completing the editing of the final report; serving as a mentor to future teams (voluntary); serving as an SME for future teams (voluntary); being available for press interviews if requested; sharing their experience both internally and externally and finally promoting SCC and CSC to their employees and being supportive of allowing their staff members to apply and possibly participate in the program.
