Complete all activities in the Team Productivity Workshop, which includes:

Demonstrating application of productivity within your role and within your team, demonstrating that you have “audited” your job to identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, and automate workflows, and that you have begun to make the changes to act on those opportunities;

Presenting one big bold idea to be applied at scale, which will be presented to a panel and put into checkpoint;

Articulating the measurable outcomes of implementing this idea (dollars saved, hours saved, speed to insight, speed to action, etc)
