Earning Criteria

Active professional member of IMCNZ (CMC applicants can join the IMCNZ at the time of their application).

Must be a current consultant with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in management consulting.

Commitment to adhere to the IMCNZ Code of Professional Conduct.

Recognised degree or professional qualification (alternatively additional professional consulting experience can be considered)

Standards
ICMCI maintains the CMC® Certification Standard which includes 6 functional areas of organizational management; ethical practice; consulting processes; transformation & change; communications; project management; and a Code of Conduct ensuring CMC's serve the interest of their clients, society, their organisation & colleagues, and the profession.
ISO/IEC 17024:2012 contains principles and requirements for a body certifying persons against specific requirements, and includes the development and maintenance of a certification scheme for persons.
ISO 20700:2017 provides guidelines for the effective delivery of management consultancy services.
