Graduates of the Hudson Coach Certification Program have successfully completed an intensive 8-month coach training program. These graduates have learned the theories and concepts that inform the field of coaching with an emphasis on Self-as-Coach and cultivating one's internal landscape. Graduates know and demonstrate use of the Hudson Coaching Methodology and ICF coaching competencies such as active listening, evoking awareness, and cultivating trust and safety.

Earning Criteria

Participation in various learning modalities consisting of presentations on theory, skill-building exercises, supervised peer groups, coaching practice sessions, planning sessions, case studies, and application presentations with analyses and critiques.
Completion of the required hours for coaching provided and coaching received from a certified professional coach.
Completion of a comprehensive Learning Portfolio containing the learnings and development over the 8-month journey.
Completion of a written review and oral exam as the capstone of the learning journey.
