Earning Criteria

Successfully completed eight hours of Champion Courses, up to seven hours of pre-course work, a minimum of 12 hours of PAC Certification training, and all four one-on-one PAC Mentor follow-ups.
Successfully completed all annual re-certification requirements (as applicable).
Recommended for (but not limited to): Geriatric Care Managers, Nurses, Nurse Educators, Executive Directors, Marketing Directors, Senior Living Advisors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Clergy, Elder Law Attorneys, and Behavioral or other Mental Health Professionals.
