The student understands how variables work, how to randomize, reference and manipulate text layers and strings. They can convert to / from comp, world and layer space and trigger animation with markers. The student knows how to automate multiple elements and layouts using code. They are familiar with the wiggle () function, valueAtTime(), using linear() to map values and have experience with different looping methods, useful trigonometry, as well as working with CSV and JSON files.
