Completed several self-assessments about: evaluating natural leadership tendencies; writing clear and compelling goals; diagnosing a person's development level on a goal or task; and demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement the self leadership mindsets and skillsets

Attended and/or viewed recordings of 4–5 virtual CHAMPION sessions including participation in large and small-group activities

Completed the self-study content, at-home activities, missions, and discussion questions for each week
