Earners of this designation have attended a one-hour Taking Flight with DISC workshop that focused on understanding behavioral styles in the workplace. Understanding both your and other people’s behavioral styles can lead to the development of trust and collaboration. Building trust and collaboration only happens when we begin to understand each other and can develop a safe, empathetic, and secure working environment.
