The badge holder has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PPP Guide to act as an informed team member of a PPP finance project. They can recall, recognize and demonstrate understanding of the established procedures, roles and institutional responsibilities that determine how the Government selects, implements and manages PPP projects, as outlined in the PPP Guide, including terms used, Process sequences and roles involved.
