The Student Director badge earner is an integral member of the BLC Admin team. The Student Director oversees dozens of individual BLC Chapters and Chapter Heads in order to monitor their progress and ensure they successfully pass all the key program milestones. They are competent in skills such as leadership, mentorship, problem solving, social media management, and program development. They exhibit exceptional levels of organization, time management skills, and consistent dedication to the BLC.

Earning Criteria

Management and oversight of Believe Leadership Chapter Heads and Chapters. This includes on-going support, guidance, mentorship, problem solving, database management, and progress tracking.
Contribute to new content ideas, program development, promotional content, social media campaigns, and other aspects relating to the development of the Believe Leadership Program.
Communication and collaborate with Believe Initiative organization. Primary liaison between Chapter Heads and Believe Initiative.
Able to lead workshops with large audiences, as well as lead meetings, run office hours, and speak during virtual events.
Previous experience as Believe Leadership Chapter Head
