This course covers enforcement of copyrights and exceptions to the ability of the holder to enforce them. It includes ways a copyright is protected, how to build on a copyrighted work, the transfer and licensing of copyrights and copyright infringement. It also covers important doctrines such as the "fair use" and "work for hire" doctrines and the transferability of copyrights.
