Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM Employee or IBM Contractor, and a Member of the IBM Coaching Community of Practice.

Completed the 4-hour Blue Core Coaching Train-the-Supervisor program.

Successfully co-lead a cohort of BCC coach trainees through the BCC coaching skills training program.

Create an engaging learning experience for a group of aspiring coaches, transition to a growth mindset, and continuously improve every day. Able to establish trust and a supportive environment for group discussions during difficult times.

Apply of the GROW model in a business context and teach it to others. Demonstrate Emotional Intelligence by managing and recognizing one’s own emotions, understanding other people, what motivates them, and how to partner with them.

Tame the "Advice Monster" by staying curious and humble.
